A whispered prayer, a simple child-like faith that clings to His promises can put a song in our hearts and give us wings to rise above shaky circumstances.
And no matter where our flight takes us, He's always there holding us close under His wings.
Beautiful image and text! Did I tell you that you were right? About my post on spider flowers, you guessed the verse in Matthew was from The Message. I had meant to say that and I forgot to type it in. Well, it seems I missed your pity party post!!! I just happened to see it now. Don't know how that happened, but what a post to miss, it is wonderful!!!! I love your poem, you are so talented, it does bring tears to the eyes.
Such beautiful pictures you have to go along with those wonderful words of WINGS and COURAGE...they are so true. I'm wishing you a bright and beautiful day!

Hi Glenda, Such a pretty photo and wonderful words today.
Beautiful cardinal shot! They seem to be becoming one of my favorite subjects.
So pretty, Glenda. Carla

You have a beautiful way with words.
Now I must go back and read it again...
Such a lovely image. We used to live in St. Louis, and I loved looking out the window and seeing the cardinals. We don't have them here in Utah.
