As We Turn . . .

Different stages of growth
so obvious in the unfolding leaves and blooms
remind me that as Christ followers,
we only grow, mature, and bloom
as we turn toward His light.

We need not compare our maturity to others
for He has a growth plan designed for each of us,
an unfolding good plan full of hope and a future
and blooms that add beauty and fragrance
as we turn toward His light.

The unfolding of your words gives light.
Psalm 119:130

Very nicely said, Glenda. We are each unique, and God has a plan for each of us.

Oh, I love this Glenda! Now if we were just patient with the growth of others....ahem...talking to self here! Such a gorgeous flower too!

This photo is a good representation of a good thought. We are each unique and there is a plan for our growth and learning.

Sometimes I compare myself with those who can write so wonderfully about their faith. My faith is strong but I can't express it in words like others can.

What a breathtakingly beautiful magnolia picture, Glenda. Makes me hesitate to post mine.

Visiting with you is always a pleasure and an inspiration.
