Ha! We have turtles in our pond. One can see them sticking their heads up out of the water, and at the least movement, down they go.

Can turtles back up? I wonder if this is just a trick by the bigger turtles to get the little one to jump off the 'high dive'!

I am ever-so-grateful that hubby loves a good adventure, be it large or mundane. I think today's "outing" might be a bike ride.

This photo reminds me of a period in my life when a walk took me beside a quiet pond. On sunny days, this was a familiar sight. I like the "family outing" title you gave it, Glenda.

We had a family outing today to celebrate my husband's 58th birthday...all nine of us, plus a girlfriend and one long time family friend....all 11 of us, and yes, it does help to put the world back together...pointing us toward the Son!!
