Yes---there is HOPE... The power company came to our street about 2 yrs. ago and cut back all of the trees --away from the powerl lines... I hated to see them butcher my beautiful maple---but guess what, it does grow back..... Yes--there is hope. Hugs, Betsy
This spring I've marveled a lot at similar scenes - new growth in places many thought dead. Just a beautiful picture of hope for new growth, new life! Loved it!
Ginny, this was taken recently at my FIL's place. The huge magnolia limbs were growing over his garage and had to be cut back. It was kinda' sad because all of the grandkids had climbed on those branches for many years. It looked so ugly and bare when the "trimming" was over, but as you can see, new growth is appearing!
Oh, I love this! Did you take this picture? You have a great eye for detail. What kind of camera do you have? You always have just the right scripture.
I have been at assembly for two days plus Sunday night, so I'm tired of sitting and way behind now. I just read your last two posts - LOVE the one by the creek - what fun memories you created. And I had to chuckle about THE Black Eyed Peas.

Hope-expectation! I love those two words. Carla
Yes, a good verse, and a strangely unusual and descriptive picture to go with it. That picture will stay in my head.

What a perfect combination ...
How wonderful it is to have hope in Jesus.

Enjoy your grands for as long as you have them!
PS - The Phillips clan is gathering this week - immediate and extended. They're heading for our church campgrounds in the mountains.

In nature there is always inspiration. You have captured this little scene of beauty and hope perfectly!
