As water reflects the face, so one’s life reflects the heart.
Proverbs 27:19
Notice how closely attached the reflection is to the grass. It's hard to tell where the reflection begins. It's also true that reflections don't lie! I know there are lesson there for me . . . lessons about staying close to Him . . . abiding . . . and letting Him change me into His likeness.
So . . . this song is my prayer:
As we gaze on Your kingly brightness,
So our faces display Your likeness,
Ever changing from glory to glory;
Mirrored here, may our lives tell Your story;
Shine on me.
Shine on me.

Lovely, Glenda.
Such a pretty picture!
I wanted to comment on your Bible verse for today. This is the gospel for our salvation; I wonder how many people even know these verses are in our Bibles. They are precious words to me.
It all looks like one image, very clever. As we should try to look like the image of Jesus. Of course no one ever can be just like him, but it is the trying that counts.
Beautiful Post! I love pictures of reflections. Yes, our lives DO reflect our hearts.
Hi Glenda, This is beautiful. I too love to photograph reflections. The grass reflected in the water is such a calming, lovely picture. Just looking deeply into it bring HIS peace to my heart. Thank you for sharing and for visiting me and leaving a lovely comment. Blessings.
love how you used the picture to make this awesome point. Thanks. Glenda.
More OF Him to be more LIKE Him. Such a worthy pursuit. It reminds me of the scripture: "... for out of the abundance/overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks." (Matt. 12:34)
This is a beautiful post and photo, Glenda. Food for thought. :)
That's a lovely reflection!
The photo is gorgeous, it is hard to tell what is a reflection
I've so enjoyed looking at your blog this evening...thinking about what others see in my reflection...do I appear as a Christ follower?
