Rain!!!

I love the much-needed, long-awaited showers . . . and so do these November roses!

We've prayed for rain . . . and it came!
Thank you, Lord!

Praise God from whom all blessings flow . . .

We got a tiny tiny bit of rain today ---mostly sprinkles. AND---they say it is going to get REALLY cold here the next 2-3 days... There goes our Roses for this year... Sigh!!!!! I will miss them....

Hugs,
Betsy

Beautiful roses full of raindrops. We need rain badly - preferably over snow! Our ground is as hard as a rock. We had several snows by this time last year.

I'm 3 posts behind again - I loved the one about the churn - and all the other yummy food. "Simpler" time in some ways, but lots of hard work! Sounds absolutely delicious, though!

Wow--such beautiful roses and in November--I wish! Mine are clipped back and ready to be winterized. Frost and cold temps. reached this part of Ohio last week.
That second rose is esp. beautiful.
Outstanding picture. So glad you got your rain. :)

We have had two nights of good rain! November roses? I've never seen the like, how pretty! I so enjoyed reading your churn memories, we should all have been so blessed to grow up like this, growing up rich is not such a blessing!! I hope the churn always remains in your family and they all know and pass down these great stories.
