Seeing close up
always gives a different perspective.
Details come into focus.
Beauty we have not seen from a distance may surprise us
and we get as close as we can.
Being close up
with Jesus changes our perspective.
We learn who He really is.
His awesome beauty and amazing love
come into focus
and make us want to get closer still.
It's up to us
to make time
to get close to Him -
to get to know Him.
Close up time with Him is life changing!

Your pictures simply ... breathtaking. Such a joy to stop by today and splash around with you.
Be blessed bunches,

Amen to this! Love your header, and close up has turned this lizard into an emerald!
I love this picture and the words you shared today!
"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you", James 4: 8.
your words and photos are perfect encouragement!
thank you for sharing all this beauty! Stunning!
"It's up to us to make time"; so very, very true. I'm afraid too many people never give a thought to the time they spend with Him.
Your Bible verse today is taken from one of my favorite chapters.
I love these little guys and, yes, close up reveals many things you never knew. Also like that header of the redbud. It's hard to take a good pic of the redbud blossom but you have succeeded.
Great analogy. Jesus sees the Big picture. Blessings.
I like this thought...so true. The pic is breathtaking
Oh, yummy colors! ( and I love the little green lizards... they are getting more rare around here)
Glenda, I loved visiting your blog today! The photos are beautiful, the music - all of my favorite songs! Just love the Spirit that shines through everything! I feel like we are kindred spirits already! Chris

I clicked for a closeup. Awesome! Creation around us everywhere...and we are usually too busy to "see".
